From the secret diaries of Kim Possible:

Sometimes I get so sick of it all. Saving the world day in and day out only to be greeted with contempt by poser wannabes like Bonnie and her myopic friends. None of them have a clue. I risk my life and they hate me for it. Mom and Dad don't like it either but they never say anything other than I shouldn't be out to late on a school night.

I can't believe they thought that they could hide the truth from me. Hello check the name. Kim Possible, she can do anything. I suppose I should start from the beginning.

It started back during my first mission, when I had to save that kooky millionaire who had the insane security system to protect his cuddle buddy collection. I mean really. I remember being furious that my best friend had nearly been killed because this moron wanted to keep his stuffed animals from being stolen. I put on a smiling face though and told him that it was no big and went about my business.

With each following mission I became more and more irritated with it all. Mom and dad said I needed a hobby so I started looking into the family history and I was shocked to find that I couldn't find much about mom's side of the family. I tried asking her about it but she said that there wasn't really much to tell. I set up a P.O. Box and set about trying to uncover the mystery. It took a few months but one day I got a packet with no return address. Once I got it home I and opened it I saw it was a leather bound journal. As I read it over the next few days I was regaled with tales of the greatest thief in the world. The woman writing the journal said that not only was she my aunt but that she wanted to take me under her wing and teach me the trade. I didn't know what to do so I started writing her. I didn't really make a decision until she asked me a question. Why are you so concerned with the perceptions of other people? She mentioned how I'd talked about people like Bonnie and her stupid clique, people who made me and my best friend miserable until now; and the guy who'd nearly gotten us killed over his obsession with cuddle buddies.

It wasn't hard to make my decision. I took her up on the offer of training. She loved my idea too. We started training after she bought a local dojo, setting up an assistant to give private lessons in martial arts and gymnastics. Dad was keen on it since I wouldn't be around any boys, leave it to auntie to work all the angles. That was her first lesson, always look for every possibility. No matter what the situation there's always a way out if you just stay calm and examine all the angles. Over the next few months I learned many things from auntie. Everything from simple lock picking and electronic countermeasures to martial arts and disguise. I knew I was ready the day auntie called me into the back room of the dojo and presented me with her trademark outfit. She said I would be this generation's uncatchable thief, the best in the world. The only person who could hold me back now was me.

Of course I had a plan beyond being the greatest thief in the world. I'd need a cover that no one would ever think of. Someone so different from my alter ego that they would never think that we were connected. Then it hit me. My missions would be the perfect cover. I'll be their good little girl. I'll save the world if only so there's always a chance at a clever theft. That's how it all started, none of them have a clue; except or Ron and Wade. Its been two years since then, and its finally time to steal the show. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces. If the world thought Kim Possible was incredible wait till they get a load of the all new Carmen Sandiego.
